Tracy joined CSW Sport in May 2008. She had previously been involved with the Partnership as Warwickshire Netball Development Officer and Regional Administrator for England Netball.
Tracy has enjoyed many varied roles in life including; Crown Court Clerk for the Crown Prosecution Service, Office Manager, Sales Director, Programme Manager and Lecturer at Stratford -upon- Avon College.
Over the years her love for Netball has encouraged her to take many voluntary positions within the sport including, Chairman, Umpiring Rep, Junior Coach, County Secretary, Coach Mentor, Umpiring Mentor and Assessor. Tracy currently plays for Henley Netball Club and continues to enjoy competitive Netball most Saturdays throughout the year.
Some aspects of Tracy's role in the Partnership include managing relationships between the strategic sports partnership and its partners; advising and supporting the Partnership Director in developing appropriate marketing activities for the Partnership; developing relations with Coventry, Solihull & Warwickshire Business Community; attracting funding and resources into the Partnership; developing and producing communication mechanisms of the CSW partnership; establishing and managing a performance measurement system for CSW and acting as Lead Child Protection Officer, ensuring Safeguarding and Protecting Children is embedded into the Partnership and its activities.
Tracy is also responsible for the remainder of the Community Sports Coach Scheme.
