Football @ Work!

Students from Warwick Business School's MBA 'Practice of Management' Group have teamed up with CSW Sport to trial a new Corporate Challenge project with several local companies. The aim of the project is to increase participation in sport, by more actively engaging with the business community. 

Companies and organisations are encouraged to challenge each other to any type of sporting activity and this webpage will contain information about schedules of upcoming events, results and pictures to help promote the programme.

The success and impact of the project will be evaluated and options for extending and linking in with other, existing workplace schemes will be investigated. Let’s all work together to become the most active region of Britain’s workforce!

Inaugural Corporate Challenge Match:

Men’s Football: Wolseley vs. National Grid - February 23rd, 2008

The first ever CSW Sport Corporate Challenge event took place on February 23rd, with National Grid finding their way to a 6-2 victory in men’s football over a strong side from Wolseley.

Feedback from both companies was great and they are itching to participate in future events in various sports! Photos and results from events can be found on the discussion forum, which is open to all.
